Brown Rudnick is dedicated to providing new associates with cross-departmental and cross-discipline work experiences to aid in their professional development and does so through the Brown Rudnick Associate Integration and Development Program (BRAID).

The BRAID program ensures that all new associates are strategically exposed to other disciplines in the firm for substantive assignments. New associates learn how their discipline interacts with and is relevant to other disciplines in the firm. We believe this is a key element in integrating associates into the firm and providing a well-rounded training experience.
