Mr. Ranganath works with emerging growth and high-technology companies in a variety of industries. His practice encompasses intellectual property rights counseling, procurement and enforcement, with an emphasis on patent and trademark portfolio strategy and development, opinions, licensing, and intellectual property issues arising in corporate and bankruptcy transactions. In addition, Mr. Ranganath advises clients on general corporate matters related to their intellectual property rights.
As part of Brown Rudnick’s Cleantech Team, Mr. Ranganath is also part of collaborative, cross-disciplinary initiatives to assist clients in this evolving sector.
Prior to law school, Mr. Ranganath worked as a software engineer in the areas of network and web technologies. He also has experience with software development for business process management.
